ShiKa Exam Prep, operated by Kalesh Kumar KC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

All payments on ShiKa Exam Prep are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles refund requests on our behalf.

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Select the transaction you would like refunded and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Alternatively, email us at info@prudentts.com with your order details and we will help forward the request to Paddle.

Processing time

Once a refund is approved, Paddle processes the payment back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider it may take a further 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, your access to the corresponding course will be revoked. You are welcome to purchase the course again at any time.
